Sandpoint Vacation Photos | Meet the McGraw family

The McGraw family wanted some updated photos while their family was vacationing to Sandpoint, Idaho. As a family portrait photographer in a very busy tourist town, I have the opportunity to meet so many different people from all over the country who are choosing Sandpoint as their summer or winter vacation destination.

The McGraw family welcomed me with open arms to their beautiful rental home on Lake Pend Oreille. Not long after entering their lakefront rental, conversation soon led us to realizing that the grandfather of the bunch was also Pennsylvania-born (as are my husband and myself). In fact, he was born less than two hours from where Jon and I grew up. What a small world, right?!

This family immediately made me feel like I was part of the family and right at home. We had a wonderful, laid back family session in the backyard overlooking beautiful Lake Pend Oreille. They even included two fur babies in the mix. And if you know me at all, you know that I am an absolutely animal-lover. I love when families want to include their pets in their portrait session.
