Anna || Charlotte, NC Senior Portraits
Oh, what can I say about Anna that would accurately describe how amazing she is? It was so great getting to meet her and her family. And to be honest, she reminds me a lot of myself when I was her age. Of the three girls in her family, she grew up a tomboy. She’ll choose soccer cleats over heels, and she’ll probably slap on an oversized sweatshirt instead of dawning a blouse. I can totally relate to that, and I had so much fun making a deeper connection to her on the day of her senior session.
We started the evening by giving Anna a rock star treatment with professional hair and makeup by my amazing Hair and Makeup Artist, Amber Hilton. It’s so fun watching the transformation, and also seeing a change in confidence in front of the camera. Girls, when you feel like a rock star, you sure do work the camera!
We spent some time on the grounds of the Mint Museum before heading to a skyline view of uptown Charlotte from the top of a parking garage nearby. To finish out the night, we roamed the city streets and hit up Romare Bearden Park.
