Irvin Family Adoption Journey | North Idaho Couples Portraits

Let me just tell you about some SUPER sweet friends of ours who are currently in the midst of their adoption journey.  Chris and Ashley became quick friends of ours after moving to north Idaho.  We settled back into our church and got connected with a Life Group that they just so happened to facilitate.  Over the last few months, we’ve gotten to know them more and more, and have learned that they have incredible hearts for adoption.

The Irvins are currently going through the adoption process, and we couldn’t be more excited for them!   Their journey has been long and difficult (as most adoption journeys tend to be).  I’m sure if you could sit down with them, that they would pour out their hearts to share about their experiences so far.  They are going to make amazing parents to a lucky kid someday.  I can’t wait for them to find that special child to call their own, give them a home, and nurture them into being God-fearing servants such as themselves.

So when Ashley got in touch with me one day to ask if I could help them update their adoption profile pictures, of course I said yes!  Growing up, I’ve always had a heart for adoption, myself.  And to be able to be a part of someone else’s adoption journey is a total blessing for me.
