Celebrating 6 Years of Adventures Together

Wow!  Six years already?  Where does the time go?  So much has happened in our short time together.  11 animals, 9 moves, 8 different houses, 4 states (sort of), 3 different RVs, and all because 2 people decided they were meant for each other.

Life has been nothing short of crazy since finding this guy on Christian Mingle 6 years and 10 months ago.  There have been plenty of ups and downs, because that’s just what happens when you put two imperfect people together.  We’ve grown so much closer, and have come out better on the other side because of it.

There are many who will probably never quite understand our spontaneity.  I admit, it can seem a bit ridiculous at times.  It certainly keeps life interesting.  We have been incredibly blessed, and I hope there’s never a day that goes by where we take that for granted.

To Jon, I just want to say, you are the absolute best thing that has ever happened to me.  You call me out when I’m being cranky.  You make me Sunday breakfast and brew my coffee.  You get me to do things that I never would have done myself.  You can make me angry and then make me laugh all on the same day.  You spark new dreams in me.  You are my biggest supporter of all that I’ve ever set out to do.  Building my first business from scratch was no easy task the first time around, and I’m glad I have you by my side supporting me while I build it again here in , Sandpoint.  You were made for me, and I couldn’t imagine life any other way.

In a way, six years feels like such a short time, but there’s a part of me that feels like we’ve already lived an entire lifetime together.  If all this has happened in the first six year, I can only imagine what the rest of our years have in store for us.

Here’s to doing life together, even when it gets messy.  Here’s to love, and always being thankful for the experiences we’ve been given.  I love you, babe.  Happy Anniversary!
