Spring Senior Portraits | Bonners Ferry, Idaho High School Senior

Meet Jon. We captured some spring senior portraits to celebrate this super amazing milestone. Graduating from high school is such a special time…not just for the senior, but also for the parents. Jon’s mom was so sweet and excited as she watched her son being photographed. It’s always such a special moment getting to interact with the parents during their child’s senior session. There are always plenty of really great stories being told (usually some embarrassing ones thrown in there).

We spent the evening at a beautiful wildlife refuge in Naples, Idaho. We had the most beautiful sunshine beaming through the trees that day. Spring had just started to peek its way through, and it felt so good to get outside for the evening and get some vitamin D on our skin.

Jon was so much fun to work with and get to know. Easy conversation and plenty of laughs made our time together a breeze. It was really great getting to chat more about his interests and what his plans are after graduation. He seemed to know exactly what he wanted to do and where he wanted to go next, and I think that’s so amazing. When I was his age, I had no clue what I wanted to do with my life…and I still didn’t figure it out until I was in my mid-late 20’s. So it’s really inspiring to see young people who know exactly what they want to pursue and achieve in life.
