The Fab Five | Charlotte Family Photographer

This “Fab Five” group of women are, in fact, my family.  My grandmother (seated), my aunt (right), cousin (center), second cousin (left), and now third cousin (that itty bitty baby being held by my grandmother).  It’s not often that a family sees five generations all in one fell swoop, let alone, five generations of the same gender.  Baby Norah was born into a large family and will have this photo to always remember it by.  I’m so excited that my grandmother can now call herself a Great-Great Grandmother.  How amazing is that?!  And like her title, she is certainly a great, great woman who has lived her life for the Lord.  She has strength beyond belief both physically and emotionally.  Her and my grandfather will be married for 64 years coming next week on October 15.  They have set an amazing, Christian example for me, and I am so grateful to be able to say that I am almost 30 years old and still have three of my grandparents still living.  Family is so important to me, and I am so thankful for the family I have been given.  This memory of the five generations of women is one that will be cherished for a very long time.
