Early Fall Family Portraits | Bonners Ferry, Idaho Photographer
We had the most beautiful early fall family portrait session for this wonderful group of people. This family. I love this family. I’m good friends with Sarah. If I ever need to laugh, she’s the one I’d want to be around. She brought up the idea of getting senior pictures done for her son, Curtis, and also wanting to get some updated family photos while they were at it. It totally made my day when she reached out. It’s fun getting to photograph strangers and all, but getting to capture images for the people you love most is just that much more special to me.
Every person in this family was a trooper. Not only were we shoot Curtis’ senior session first (which takes about 2 hours), but we also meet up at 8 o’clock in the morning on a very chilly, fall day! Once we got moving around and started having fun capturing Curtis’ epic skateboarding action shots, we forgot all about the brisk fall morning weather and just enjoyed being in-the-moment.
Hats off to the girl for hanging around while their brother got all the attentions for a couple hours. Soon enough, it was everyone’s turn, and we had the most beautiful morning sun beaming through the trees for their early fall family portraits.
So incredibly grateful for sweet friends who have such wonderful families to capture memories of. It’s such a beautiful gift.
