This is inspiring new construction home has a country chic interior design that you’ll swoon over. Every single detail has been thought of when finishing this Sandpoint, Idaho home. The builders and interior designers at Haymond Brothers Construction certainly level up the competition when it comes to finishing and presenting a new construction home.

I’ve had the pleasure of photographing a couple of Haymond Brothers Construction home builds in the past, and I always seem to find my jaw on the floor every time I step through the front doors of one of their houses for the first time.

The country chic interior design of this home comes with an elegant open floor plan, main level primary suite, and two more bedrooms upstairs. They managed to make a small 1,700sqft footprint feel like 2,500sqft. The layout is perfect for this size of home, and has actually inspired my own outlook on building a future home for ourselves. Bigger isn’t always better. Haha!

As you walk into the home, you’re greeted by the open living room that is in full view of the gorgeous kitchen. The kitchen island is massive, but fits the space well; perfect for entertaining! The dining room has bench seating all along the one wall, which making fitting a formal dining room into a small home so much easier. Then tucked in the back around the corner, you’ll find a half bath and spacious laundry room. As you walk back toward the front entrance of the home, you’ll come to the primary suite, which continues this fabulous country chic interior design of this home. A full walk-in closet and large ensuite bathroom fit for a queen will make you want to never leave your bedroom. The ensuite bath is complete with a soaking tub with a gorgeous wooden beaded chandelier above your head as you relax. Upstairs, you’ll find two more very nice sized bedrooms and another full bathroom that the two can share.
