Coolin, Idaho family portraits with the Davenport family. Wrangling 40 people is no joke! But honestly, this family made my job easy. With this many people, things could have easily gotten out-of-hand, but we breezed through family portraits in no time at all!

The Davenport family rented a beautiful home on Priest Lake in Coolin, Idaho. The lake and mountains made the perfect backdrop for this large group family photo. I’m so thankful for that raised porch on the back of the house, which gave me a few extra feet of height so I could get a really great vantage point for that first family shot.

Later on, the family changed into custom t-shirts they had made. Each family unit was a different color. It was so much fun to capture these fun memories for them. I love to see that families still make it a priority to get together, no matter how far away they live from one another.
