Newborn Identical Twin Girls | Becker Family Bonners Ferry, Idaho
When our close friends here in Bonners Ferry told us they were pregnant with identical twin girls, I couldn’t help but think how fun it would be to photograph them! Sarah was a total trooper bringing these two sweet new faces into the world. As you can imagine, pregnancy became pretty uncomfortable early on, but this mama took it in stride every step of the way. And considering she carried these two for a full 38 weeks, she somehow managed to make it look way easier than it probably was!
Dean and Sarah are such sweet friends of ours. I had the honor of photographing a newborn session for their firstborn, James, less than two years ago. So to be able to capture their growing family as they welcome their identical twin girls into the world is a blessing…not just as a photographer, but as a friend.
They have settled in as a family of five so incredibly well. I think we were all expecting (including Dean and Sarah) that the transition from one to three would be quite an undertaking. Thankfully, their experience has been just the opposite, and they are adjusting to being parents of newborn twins and a toddler with such grace. It’s been really wonderful watching them grow as a family, as parents, and as husband and wife during this season of their lives.
