A Fort Sherman Chapel Wedding in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho | Carson & Abby

This quaint Fort Sherman Chapel wedding was such a beautiful day. Simple Christmas details brought this chilly winter wedding day to life. Abby and Carson were the sweetest couple. And even though poor Abby was struggling with being sick and felt miserable, she could have fooled me! She made the absolute best of the day no matter how she felt, and even powered through their post-wedding private vows on the windy and freezing cold pebble beaches of Lake Coeur d’Alene.

The reception was held at the absolutely stunning Coeur d’Alene Resort. Magical Christmas lights illuminated the resort and the reception banquet room was decorated beautifully for the occasion. Abby’s mom told me that mother’s friends were responsible for transforming that banquet room into a Christmastime winter wonderland for the reception, and they did such an amazing job in such short time. What amazing friends to have!

Abby and Carson, I pray that your marriage be a blessed one. May God go with you and before you as you travel through life together. Thank you so much for trusting me to document your special day. You and your families were so wonderful to work with. It was a pleasure getting to know them throughout the wedding day.
